Together In Music LLC, operating as TIMs (Together In Music) and located at 9655 16th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98106 ("TIMs," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you interact with us through our website (timslivemusic.com), our phone line, our SMS text reply service, and in person at our venue.

• Contact information: name, phone number, and email address when you reach out to us by phone, text, email, or website form
• SMS communications: when you call our business line at 206-588-2452 and the call is unanswered, we may send a text message in response to your phone number, and any reply messages you send become part of that conversation
• Booking and event inquiries: information you provide when you book a private event or catering through our Calendly link, including your name, contact info, and event details
• Order information: information collected when you order food or drinks online through our partner Popmenu, or when you purchase gift cards through Toast
• Website usage data: standard analytics information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies

SMS Text Messaging

When you call TIMs at 206-588-2452 and the call is unanswered, you may receive an automated text message from us in response. By voluntarily calling our publicly published phone number, you provide implied consent to receive a direct SMS reply at that same phone number. Our text replies are strictly customer service in nature and provide information you have requested or are likely to find useful (hours, menu, parking, events, etc.). We do not send promotional or marketing SMS under this service.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We send messages through a third-party SMS service provider that processes message contents on our behalf for delivery purposes only.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message we send. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us. To opt back in later, simply call our business number again.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the business (SMS service provider, website host Popmenu, point-of-sale provider Toast, scheduling provider Calendly, analytics providers). These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Data Retention

We retain phone numbers and SMS conversation records only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Inactive conversation records are deleted within 18 months unless retention is required for a legitimate business reason.
