It's about building code compliance. When TIM's took over this space, we inherited a patio, stage, and Airstream bar that weren't built to code by the previous owners. We didn't know it, and neither did the County, until noise complaints led to a deeper inspection.
That inspection uncovered legacy construction violations, and now the County requires us to:
- Remove the existing patio and stage
- Retire and remove the Airstream bar
To put it simply, the property needs to be brought up to code so that we can move forward with our future plans.
We're disappointed too, but this marks the beginning of building something better, safer, and fully legal so outdoor music can thrive at TIM's for years to come.
