TIMs (Together In Music) - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TIMs (Together In Music), operated by Together In Music LLC ("TIMs," "we," "us," or "our") at 9655 16th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98106. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (timslivemusic.com), our SMS text reply service, and your visit to our venue. By visiting our website, calling our business line, texting with us, attending an event, or otherwise interacting with TIMs, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, text service, or visit the venue.
Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Our website and SMS service are intended for users 13 years of age or older. Our venue is all-ages until 10:00 PM and 21-and-over after 10:00 PM. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry after 10:00 PM and for alcohol service at any time. TIMs reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone unable to verify age when required by law.
Use of the Website
You may use timslivemusic.com for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its servers
- Reproduce, copy, or resell content from the website without our written permission
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the site
- Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
Visiting the Venue
TIMs is a community-focused, radically inclusive venue. By visiting, you agree to treat staff, performers, and other guests with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and violence are not tolerated and will result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable law. Common reasons we may refuse service include intoxication, harassment of others, inability to verify age when required, or violation of these Terms.
You enter and use the venue at your own risk. TIMs is a music venue and live performances may involve loud sound levels, lighting effects, crowd density, and other conditions that may not be suitable for everyone. By attending, you accept these conditions.
SMS Text Communications
When you call TIMs at 206-588-2452 and the call is unanswered, you may receive an automated text message from us in response. By voluntarily calling our publicly published phone number, you provide implied consent to receive a direct SMS reply at the same phone number.
Our text replies are customer service in nature and provide information you have asked for or are likely to find useful (hours, menu, parking, events, private event booking links, etc.). We do not send promotional or marketing SMS under this service.
Message frequency varies based on conversation but is typically 1-10 messages per interaction. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We send messages through a third-party SMS service provider that processes message contents solely for delivery purposes.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message we send. You will receive a single opt-out confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us. You may also opt out by emailing info@timslivemusic.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out." To opt back in, simply call our business number again.

We are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected SMS messages due to mobile carrier outages, recipient device issues, or other factors outside our control.
Tickets and Show Attendance
Some shows at TIMs require ticket purchase. Ticket prices, availability, and policies are determined per show and listed on the show calendar at timslivemusic.com/tims-tavern-events. Tickets are generally non-refundable unless a show is canceled by TIMs or the artist. In the event of cancellation, we will issue refunds in the original form of payment within a reasonable time.
Doors and showtimes posted on the website are estimates and may shift based on production needs. Re-entry policies vary by show and will be communicated at the door.
Private Events and Catering
Private event and catering bookings are arranged by calendar appointment at https://calendly.com/mason-reed/tim-s-catering-events-call. All bookings are subject to a separate written agreement specifying scope, deposit, cancellation terms, headcount, food and beverage minimums, and other details. Deposits and cancellation fees as specified in the booking agreement apply.
Online Orders and Gift Cards
Online food and drink orders are fulfilled through our partner Popmenu (timslivemusic.com/popmenu-order). Gift card purchases are processed through Toast (toasttab.com/timstavern/giftcards). Your use of these services is also subject to the terms of those providers.
Orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitution.
Intellectual Property
All content on timslivemusic.com - including text, images, logos, menu names, design elements, photos, and recordings - is the property of Together In Music LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing an event link on social media.
The names "TIMs," "Tim's Tavern," and "Together In Music" are trademarks of Together In Music LLC.
Photography and Recording
Photographs and audio/video recordings are routinely taken at TIMs for documentation, promotion, and social media. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded in public areas of the property. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff and we will make reasonable accommodations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together In Music LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, performers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, SMS service, or visit to the venue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TIMs (if any) in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Together In Music LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website, SMS service, or venue.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will be revised when changes are made. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
